Established in 1965, Phillips Music began as a piano-only store, continued with steady expansion into other instruments beginning in the 1980’s, when they added Band and Orchestra rentals/sales.

Dan E. Tibbs is a Video Production graduate of the Art institute of Dallas. He has been a Video Production Instructor at Great Plains Technology Center since 2009.

Currently a resident of Lawton, Oklahoma, Santos Rubio began his love for photography while growing up in Dallas, Texas. At the age of 18 Rubio became a member of the United States Army where he began his love of photography.

Teresa Lopez started the Comanche County Youth Dancers 35 years ago. She started the youth dances as a substance abuse program.
