  • Where is the McMahon Memorial Auditorium?

    The McMahon Memorial Auditorium is located at 801 NW Ferris in Lawton, OK, next door to the Museum of the Great Plains and directly in front of the Comanche National Museum and Cultural Center on the far west side of Elmer Thomas Park.

  • Who maintains the McMahon Memorial Auditorium?

    The auditorium is overseen by the McMahon Auditorium Authority supported by the City of Lawton’s Arts & Humanities Division., which maintains an office on the west side of the the auditorium, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • What is the McMahon Auditorium Authority?

    The McMahon Auditorium Authority (MAA) is a Public Trust. The purpose of this Trust is to provide aid in providing proper operation, supervision and management for the McMahon Memorial Auditorium, a public and municipal auditorium in order that such facility may be utilized to the maximum extent.

    The MAA consists of nine members. Executive Meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month and public meetings are held in the Lobby of McMahon Memorial Auditorium on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

    The City of Lawton Arts and Humanities and McMahon Memorial Auditorium use a credible ticketing company, Etix.com, so your online transactions are safe and secure! We do not work with any third-party vendors. All third-party tickets are not guaranteed entry and we cannot confirm their validity prior to the time of entry. Physical tickets can still be purchased at the MMA box office.
